TopsyLoom! does not require an account. Haeso Games does not receive your puzzle progress or settings. The app does use Google Mobile Ads, which can process device and usage data to provide, measure, and protect advertising.
1. Data kept on your device
Level progress, stars, daily-puzzle history, available helpers, current puzzle checkpoints, language, audio, and haptic settings are stored locally on your device. Haeso Games does not transmit these records to its own server. Removing the app or clearing its storage can remove them.
2. Advertising and third-party processing
The app integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and ad availability, Google and its advertising partners may process:
- IP address, which can be used to estimate general location;
- app and ad interactions such as launches, taps, impressions, and video views;
- diagnostic and performance information; and
- on Android, device identifiers including an advertising identifier where permitted. On iOS, TopsyLoom! does not request ATT permission or access IDFA.
This processing is used for advertising, ad measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention. On iOS, ads are requested as non-personalized and the publisher first-party identifier is disabled. Data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Haeso Games does not receive a list that directly identifies individual players from the app.
3. Your choices
Where required, the app shows a consent message before requesting ads. If “Privacy choices” appears in Settings, you can review or change applicable consent choices there. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in Android privacy settings. The iOS version does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites and does not show an ATT prompt.
4. Children
TopsyLoom! is a mixed-audience puzzle game designed for players age 9 and older. Before advertising starts, the app asks only for a broad age group and stores that choice on the device. It does not collect a birth date. Child and teen selections receive age-restricted, non-personalized treatment and ads capped at the G content rating.
5. Retention, security, and deletion
Haeso Games does not retain the local game records described above on its own servers. You can delete them by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Data processed by Google is governed by Google's retention, security, and deletion practices and by your account or device controls.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated.
